honeybeam is the musical project of Tarntanya / Adelaide based trans woman Maya Adamson, who crafts a colourful world of optimistic melancholy underlined with pure elation, surprise at existing and the wonderful ability to feel.

Despite being only a couple of years old, the honeybeam project exists in a truly unique world – infusing elements of chamber rock and psychedelic pop into a dreamscape that’s carefully guided by Maya’s candy-coated vocals.

Debut EP, ‘Let Me Show You’ earned a ton of praise upon its release, with Adelaide community radio and media crowning it Release of the Month and lead single, ‘Belong’ featuring on triple J’s ‘Out To Party’ – celebrating the country’s best LGBTQIA + artists.
